Cleaning oil off of the bottom of the engine

Default Cleaning oil off of the bottom of the engine
What is the best way to clean oil off of the bottom of the engine?

Steam clean or another method?

The oil is a result of an oil leak i recently had resolved.

The reason i would like to clean all the oil off is that i can tell in the future if the oil starts to leak again.

Spot cleaning: brake cleaner on a rag, and wipe it up.

Thanks guys ill do that, but are there any dangers if the dealer can steamclean it for free?

Default I've pressure washed select spots in the engine bay
removed some thick deposits of oil/dirt.

I use Gunk engine cleaner on mine. The new citrus-based won't harm rubber/plastic either.
