Default Are clear (blink white) turn bulbs illegal?

stopped in the lighting isle at Riceboys and saw Sylvania 3157LL (long life rated for 10,000 hours) clear bulbs.

So naturally they would give you a clear corner with no orange visually...but presumably light and blink white.

Cheers,
Sameer

Default I run those long life 3157's in my car. With the HID's, those actually blink very

yellow in comparison. When the HID's are off, they look white-ish, but once the HID's are on, those blinkers look *almost* legal because of the color difference. But bottom line is, I don't think they're legal (at least in MO).
