I just finished the clear corner mod on my 2000. I'm kind of disappointed on how it came out. Don't get me wrong, it definitely looks a 100% better than with the amber. But I had someone trouble drilling the top tabs out and the hole is bigger than it should be and unfortunately I put a couple of lite scratches on the inside of the light trying to push out the amber piece. I'm usually pretty good with tools but the hardest part was getting the amber piece lose (and drilling the damn top tab). Breaking the amber which I thought would be the hardest part was definitely the eassiest part. Did anyone get them to come out perfect? Anyway I dunno if anyone else is disappointed and maybe I'm a little **** about the scratches but I was thinking about picking up the euro lights (valeo). Has anyone else ordered them for a 1999.5 or 2000? I heard that due to the way the corner lights points u can have an amber light and its less noticeable, is this true? I saw them at pgperformance.com, has anyone dealt with them? And has anyone seen them anywhere else? Sorry about all the questions but figured someone on here can answer.

You will not see this. But if you used a bit that was to big than you will drill a hole through the silver square that the tab sits in. This you will see.

it's not noticeable. atleast with mine.
the black tab holes i plan to cover with aluminum paint from the inside. and/or aluminum tape.
the scratches you can probably remove with a long dremel tool and the correct polish.<p>2000 A4 1.8TQMS
