Default climate control snowflake???

What does the snowflaje signify on the climate control screen and on the info screen near the speedometer? When it is on I can utilize recirculation featur4e but when it is not present I cannot. I don't understand its meaning and why it is on sometimes and others not. Thanks.

Default AC is on

Can't answer the rest of yer questions, I think there is a tech article on it.

Why would you wanna use recirc? Just makes for more humid air in the car....

Default Re: climate control snowflake???

there are two different 'snowflakes' , like fingerprints , no two snowflakes are alike

the snowflake on the climate control screen means you have your A/C on

the snowflake on the dash (trip computer) near speedometer only turn on it temperature drops to 40f or below (i, think its 40 , might be lower)

basically if you see the snoflake symbol on the dash telling you its 40f or lower , you definelty dont want to see the snowflake symbol on the climate control , unless you like running the a/c in sub 40f temperatures.

Default Almost...

The snow flake on the climate control system, it means your A/C compressor is on. Having the A/C compressor on will help your car to defrost. A/C system works by removing humidity from the air -- which is a great help when trying to defrost your windows.
