Does anybody have pictures of the cloth interior?(preferably onyx)....pics seem pretty hard to find.

Also, what are your opinion of the cloth over the leatherette. The leatherette looks like it would be fairly durable, but would it be as good as the cloth. Also does the leatherette have the hot/cold surface tendancies like the leather in the summer/winter. I've had cars with both cloth and with leather, and personally like the cloth better. I just wanted to get a bit more info on both the cloth and the leatherette before I made my final decision.

I have a 2000 A4 with the gray cloth. I personally prefer cloth over anything else. Like you mentioned, cloth doesn't get extra hot or cold in extreme weather, and of course breathes better (thus less sweat) on those long road trips.

Also, cloth has a tendency to grip a little better. Your butt sticks better in those hard corners!

Main reason I got cloth. Otherwise, the leatherette is really nice. Color is more important than cloth vs. leatherette. The leatherette is perforated and I have never been uncomfortable.

Gimme 3 weeks and I'll post pics, it's in the port in Germany :-)

and I am really happy with it. Looks nice, feels nice. Grips nice. And the sport seats are pretty.

get the sport seats. get cloth.
