Hi,

After having my cluster die on my a few weeks ago, I ordered another direct from Germany as my local dealer told me they would have to charge me ?460 (about $800). So anyway, I ordered the cluster and a ross-tech vag.com kit as it worked out cheaper and now realised that I need a 7-digit SKC, a workshop code and importer number to reprogramme it.
Can anyone help? I have the immobiliser code, and soft code settings of my old cluster should they be needed.
