Clutch feels very sticky and grabs much more...im scared.

Clutch feels very sticky and grabs much more...im scared.
only when im doing above average quick shifting. Seems OK but just casually shifting. Also it is getting a little tough to get into 2nd gear...synchro?

A comment....
Has the pedal been getting stiffer, still on the original clutch?
Has the following ever been done:
-gearbox fluid change
-flushed clutch fluid
-inspected slave and master for leaks
