Default Which Coil Overs to get?

What do you guys recomend on geting? Im after some coil overs and need to desideon what to go for? My options are Koni's or H&R's, Im really considering of going for H&R's, just cause they offer a bit stiffer ride than Koni's. What do you guys Prefer and why is that you have chosen one over the other?

Thanks

I have H&Rs and love them. Zero complaints, on the car for a year and a half.

Default In that case, I'd rec the H&R's over the Koni's.

They have a slightly high spring rate, and will perform well on the track.

Default you can adjust the valving as well as the height

on regular H&amp;R coilovers, you can only adjust the height.<ul><li><a href="http://www.awe-tuning.com/pages/shared/part_detail.cfm?PMaI=1&amp;PMoI=4&amp;PEI=6&amp;PP =s4_27t_suspension.cfm&amp;PPT=Suspension&amp;IL=p cs%20S4">http://www.awe-tuning.com/pages/shared/part_detail.cfm?PMaI=1&amp;PMoI=4&amp;PEI=6&am
