Same here - 450/450 "S4" H&R's on my 30V
Have had the setup for 4 months now, and they saw their first track event this past weekend. With 17" wheels and the stock sport front/rear sway bars (had stock sport suspension before), the tradeoff in performance/ride quality is exactly what I was looking for.
They are as stiff as I would want to get with the crappy roads in Seattle.
