The cold side of my turbo is soaked in oil. Did I damage something when I did a pressure test?

I can't really tell where it is leaking from, or if it is even leaking still. The whole cold side is coated on the outside. Whenever you get on it, you can smell oil burning (not comming out of the exhaust though)
I did a bunch of things at once, test pipe, apr compressor inlet pipe, and a pressure test, it happened after I got everything back together.
I did the pressure test at 15-20 psi, but one time i went up to 25 (had the **** on the air compressor set wrong)
Are there any seals or anything I could have blown out?? I'll try to post a picture tomarrow.
Thanks!!!
