Know what you should check is the compressor clutch, idle pulley, and the belt. Remove the belt but check the tension before you remove it. Spin the clutch it should not make any dry ballbearing noises, then check you idler and that should not make any dry noises. If you have 50000 miles+ and and never replaced these parts then know is the time. That is the idler pulley and the belt.The belt should be very snug with about
45 deg. of deflection. Good Luck
