Just wondering here if the concert radio in teh 99's had a sub out to support a subwoofer. I'm asking because a new deck is required if you replace the INSIDE speakers, not sure about a SUB though. Or will I have to get a new deck?

Most subs have a built in cross-over so you don't really need a "sub-out" on the factory radio, unless of course the radio will split the signals for you and only send the high signals to the door speakers and the low signals to the sub.
Your other option is to purchase a seperate crossover that can be placed before your speakers. This is the same as having a "sub-out" on your stereo.
Having a cross-over before your speakers will GREATLY enhance your sound. This is because your door speakers will never try to reproduce the bass frequencies and your sub will never try to reproduce the higher frequencies. Therefore your speakers don't have to work as hard.
