meh, Royal Purple GearMax is best and it's GL-4 & GL-5. Use in both trans and diff.

I have more of both on my Redline. no issues. I don't think new fluid is going to rid a grind.

you've got something else going on.

mis-aligned short shifter? happen to me with all of the hard shifting at the track.
