Coolant leak+whole system flush. How much will that cost me?

Coolant leak+whole system flush. How much will that cost me?
Started having a leak on my 2001 a4 friday. Light came on on saturday so I had to add whatever I had on hand. Green coolant.
So now I guess I'll have to ask them to flush the system.

It said "safe for aluminium engines". Did'nt think there was something wrong with a different color
until I checked on the web later.
Also I had to add 1 liter over 2 days so I'm guessing that the water/coolant balance would have been too far off anyway.
