Default Coolant temp sensor not working? Oil temp low? Part number check.

Started the car up today and while driving noticed the coolant temp never moved off zero. I drove for about 30 miles on the highway around 50-65mph.

Is the sensor PN 059-919-501-A also, does the purems one come with the clip? it says it comes with the o-ring

Outside temp read 35 degrees with the snowflake and the 0w40 M1 oil temp read 175 degrees. Is this oil temp a little low for that distance of a drive? Maybe its just because its cold out here, but I still seem to recall it getting to 200 degrees F.

Thoughts?

2nd. If the oil temprature does not go up, it's more likely the t-stat

oil temperature should be at 200 on high way in this season if the t-stat is good
