Cooling Fan (air condition) not working

Cooling Fan (air condition) not working
Could someone advise me where to check.
My Audi A4 (1997)1.8.
The cooling fan (air condition) is not working, I have check the fuse all O.K, air con comprossor in good condition.
I have try to by pass, it means give the power to the fan it work.
Please advise me where to check, and if got any diagram please post it.
