Could some kind photoshop expert make these wheels anthracite or a little darker with the outside rim of the wheel red and between the spokes red also. I will be forever greatful...

I want the entire wheel darkened to almost black but not quite and the very outside of the wheel where the silver rim meets the tire done in red. If possinle I would like red in between each spoke also where it meets the tire. So basically it will be like a polished lip but red instead of polished and with a dark center. Hope that helps.
