Could it be possible that a front..
wheel bearing makes noise only when there's a load on it? I ask because I have been hearing this a noise like a bad wheel bearing when I drive the car, but when I raise the car and turn the wheel there is no noise. It was only till today that I had my brother push the car while it was turned off and I heard the noise.

That is typical for an Audi wheel bearing.
Does the sound vary when you turn a bit to one side or the other? If so that is a wheel bearing. Sounds more when under load.
