Any ideas? I can place almost all my weight on the breaker bar and nothing happens except the engine stand acts like its about to collapse.
It's not reverse threaded is it? I have also soaked it in WD-40 but nothing else ( no PB blaster yet).

I followed Tom's advice about not taking it off. My front seal carrier had 2 pins the hold it square, so I had to "carefully" remove the seal from the pins while lifting out the shaft. It was nerve-wracking because I would hate to scratch the main bearing journals on this crank because visually they look great ( haven't measured them ).
P.S. This method leaves the front seal carrier on the shaft to be removed later.
