Default crashed last night

i was heading down this twisty road to a party (no i hadnt had anything to drink). So i came around this right hand curve goin about 50 (in a 35) hugging the yellow line bc there were no cars comin and there wasnt much of a shoulder. A deer ran out into the road and i swerved to the right to avoid it, then back quickly to the left when all four tires lost grip. I went through the other lane and through a 4 ft deep and about 6 ft wide ditch and came to a rest in the front of a stangers yard. I came about 3 feet from slamming into a tree and feel so lucky jus to be alive.

Now to the car from what i saw last night:
the bumper is jammed into the frame and the frame is bent upwards at least 2 inches. The corner yellow flasher popped out as well as the lower grilles and i think the wheels have a little less room in the wheel wells.

So I'm 17 which means my insurance is goin way way up and i'm anxious to see if the car is able to be fixed and how much it will cost and if im goin to be able to keep my baby. If I can't Ill be real upset but it wont be the end of the world..... I mean I am alive.

So I just want to tell everyone to be real careful on country roads at night and make sure u appreciate what u have while u have it.

Sorry for the novel, I had to get it out.

Default sorry for that.was it raning and did u call the cops?...

remember nobody was there so you were not speeding and if it was raning or wet, you might get away with it.

Default Well at least you are ok...

now when you contact your insurance company... let them know a deer ran out in front of you and you swerved to avoid the deer.

Default no cops, called the parents, no rain, but the road was kinda wet there......

it felt like the car was on ice after the correction, like no grip at all

It would be worth your while to pay for the damages yourself and leave the ins company out of it.

Default usually they are a little more flexible...

when it comes down to animals on the road, especially if you live in a wooded area where animals are road hazards.
