Default yeah really, I was recently the victim of a bunch of fraudulant charges but I honestly cant say...

with any amount of certainty that it was because of an order placed at ECS. could have been any number of things so I wont point the finger in public I will just keep it to myself!!!

Default and do they have proof it was ECS that was the cause of it?

or is it all speculation? I am assuming its the latter because I dont see any way they could have definite proof

Default Here is my justification: **READ!**

I made quite a few purchases from ECS.

I have 5 credit cards. 2 of them were hit.

I've only used 2 of the said cards at ECS - Amex and Bank of America - both of those accounts were hit. Amex with Match.com and bankofamerica with TSOLLTD.com.

There is no way to be 100% sure it was them, but based on this and everyone elses posts, I think it is pretty conclusive evidence.

Default I'm guessing their lawyer has recommended against commenting one way or another.

Admission of guilt would most likely open the floodgates for law suits. (even though this is the stand up thing to do)

Default seems to be the only common link.. really don't care if they are a sponsor...

it's great they support the a3/s3 forum... however this is just b/s ... how can they continue to offer sales when they must realize there is an issue. I've emailed.. members on the s4 forum have emailed.. i know members here have.. and no one has gotten a response.. b.s.
