I would never buy drilled rotors. slots are enough.

Default Look at the stress fractures throughout the entire rotor

That rotor has been beaten into oblivion. That guys needs a bigger breaking system other than the X-drilled stockers in that pic. I wouldnt blame the owner(improper heating&cooling of rotor) and not the drilling on that one.

Default and sometimes they are 1/2 off

I got a set of x-drilled brembos 1/2 off ... probably reason #1 I got them.

Default here's the translated text...(with google)

Hello together,

beautiful day today, roof up, highway, quick travel,
before a mountain curve strongly applied brakes gently,
NOISE, SCHEPPER, klock, klock, klock, klock....

And one sees the result here:

and

The combination were punched carpenter brake disks with Ferodo DS 2000
Linings.
The linings were approx. to the half down. The disk and linings had approx..
12,000 km drauf....
Small tears around the holes were to be seen round, but two
Workshops, independently said its "normally".....

I would not like to out-grind myself which would have happened, if with Topspeed and
Vollbremsung on the motorway the disk would be completely broken.....

Default 2nd.

lots of people on here complain about x-drilled rotors, when really few know much about them. not saying they are perfect, but a lot of people jump on the "x-drilled is horrible bandwagon" without knowing much about brakes or metals, or anything for that matter
