crushed a 330ci tonight.......
on my way home i see a pair of HID lights coming up behind me, put there blinker on to pass on the right, then never pass...... he slowed down & was checking me out, seeing if it was an S-car or a measley A4..... then he pulls up & paces me.....
i tried to let it go, just keepng my pace but when the road ended & both lanes make a right & head up a steep hill.... i started Downshifting getting ready for the turn, probably driving a bit more agressive than needed... i guess he heard it as & held his ground, coming in for some late braking right beside me.... i had to slow down a bit as he went in a little too fast & drifted into my lane (he had the inside).... once he straightened out i eased on the power.....by the time 2nd started to the end of 3rd @ 6500 i had gone from his rear bumper to leading by about three car lengths...
we end up making the same next right & he's still quite a ways back so i decide to slow down...
he comes out of the turn with some pretty good speed & is overtaking me quickly, about 4-5 carlengths back..i punch it, slowing his gain & just as our bumpers are even the mighty 20 valve 4 banger shows its fury & begins to pull the lead back, slowly inching away until i was a car length ahead
as we are coming up to the next light i put the car into neutral & begin to brake normally..... & the car stalls..... DOH!
guess there's still a few "quirks" to work out before the cars @ 100% but it is certinaly producing more power than ever before
oh, also whooped WRX W/ exhaust & Boost Contoller getting onto the freeway, but im too tired to write anymore.... but, the look on his face was priceless......

damn im jealous...
ive been hearing problems with the T-28 stalling at high speeds or at neutral(is it a software problem)...but i guess its worth it after smoking 330s who think theyre the shiet...

Yea, I spanked a WRX....
I live in Boulder, and I am from here, so we get all these cars. Anyhoo, he had the rally graphics and thought he was badass.. Up to 80 we were about even, then I dropped it and smoked his Japanese ***..

Refresh my memory please .. you still running the Ign. Sol. coil packs? What size injectors on the
DBW kit? I know it is tough to get chopped throttle idle and good fueling at full song on the 1.8t with injectors above 400 .. pretty extreme demands.

yup, got the coils still & the kit uses RC 440's
i have heard of others who tried using this injector on the 1.8t & had similar issues. but if none of the other T-28 kits have this issue, figured it wasnt them
