I was just wondering when everyone else got the csi survey from Audi,I cant wait to blast my dealer! Ive had my car for two months and havent gotten anything from anyone not even a follow up call from dealer, not that i would want to hear from them anyway!
I had a water leak in my right rear headliner area,took me 1 month to get a service appointment,then they said they couldnt diplicate the leak.
second time in I told them how to duplicate it and i told them where I thought it was leaking,they insisted it was the rear glass,well after five days in the shop it still leaked,not ony that that they destroyed my headliner,rear decklid,rear seats are water stained and other plastic trim panels are scratched.
The service manager looked at it and said oh no big deal we will just order you all new stuff,just what i want my 45 day old car torn apart by morans! Would Audi like to hear the need to warranty stuff the dealer messed up?
The next closest dealer is 1 hour away,If Audi wants to be running with the best of them they need to work on the service end.
Im so close to trading it on another acura (I traded in a 92 for the a4) the acuras may not perform nearly as well but at least they know what customer service is and they know how to fix it right the first time!
By the way if anyone is interested the water leak was in a body seam that runs along the roof.
