Help! I have a 98 A4 1.8T, with cylinder pressures of 20,60,0,0 for cylinders 1-4 respectively. The cams align properly, as does the timing belt, there is no signs of a cracked head or blown head gasket, and the problem started as I was driving down the highway at 60 mph, with the cruise on. All of a sudden, the car started shaking and the check engine light began to flash on and off. Anyone have a similar experience where all of a sudden two cylinders go dead? Thanks, Bob

how many miles does your car have and are you sure your timing belt is tight? It sounds like a timing belt slip or tensioner failure damaging the valves causing the pressure issues.
