Tire lost air a few minutes after I hit the pothole. Tire seems to be holding air about an hour later after relpacing rim with my spare.
Any chance the tire may have been damaged? Time for a new wheel, or wheel repair.

There isn't really a good way to tell if the tire is good, except to get it on a good rim, and put some air in it. If it's no good, you'll see a bubble. If that rim will hold 25 lbs of air right now...give it a shot, and see if the sidewall deforms. Gas station air pumps might be able to inflate it faster than it can leak the air out...so you might be able to get some pressure in there.
