I think the AWE stickers all over the car didn't help. got to get those off quick, since race season (road courses anyway) is over.

cop didn't waste time putting the photometer over the window......17%..."it's supposed to be 70%" he said. oops....

"next time I see you with that it's $225". Also checked one of my tires...since I had a flat, I threw on one of the race wheels (slick)....."gonna give you a ticket for that too"

in the end, I have 31 days to get rid of the tint (won't go around that neighborhood again anytime soon). gonna put the winters on today....

i also have 20%, which is illegal here in Delaware, but not really enforced. Lots of cops have had the chance, but have not pulled me over (KNOCKING ON WOOD). I was nailed rolling thru a stop sign many months ago, but the cop said nothing bout the tint.
