DC/VA/MD - HBL - my last rant about those bastards ever b/c I'm moving to SoCal. (long)
Took my baby in for my 1 year service to HBL for the last time, as i'm headin' off for l.a. (I also took it in to get my wood panels replaced b/c they broke it last time, for the second time!)
I drop the car off on FRIDAY morning, 7:30 a.m. they don't call me until 4:30 p.m. on WEDNESDAY (yesterday) to say the car's ready. How in the hell can service take that long?
was driving around a smelly suzuki grand vitara during the meantime.
to add insult to injury, when the service rep drives my car around, he stops it in the middle of the service driveway, right in front of 3 cars. the 3 cars are honking b/c my car is now blocking the road. idiots. idiots. idiots. and the guys honking at me are other HBL service guys. what stand-up joint they run over there. good riddance with them. for anyone and everyone in the DC/VA/MD area, NEVER GO TO HBL!
