Default Depress clutch pedal to start engine. ummmm......need some help please!

Car has been starting no problem. Went to Wal-Mart to do some shopping, got into the car and it won't start. Clutch all the way to the floor but I get the message to depress clutch to start. Full juice on the battery that's definately not the problem. Anybody out there with experience on this problem. I'm guessing there is a switch that may be bad. Any way to bypass it to start the car? I did a few different searches and didn't find much help. Thanks!

Default There is a safety interlock switch on the clutch pedal arm.

You see if it has slipped from its proper position. If it hasn't you can complete the circuit by jumping the leads and then get the switch replaced.
