Details on the November 14, NYC Metro Area, A4 Group Meeting @ Bellavia Audi

What:
Welcome: S4! The folks at Bellavia Audi have been kind enough to open their doors on their day off to welcome the New York City Metro Area Audi A4 Group. Attendees will have an opportunity to get more intimate with the new S4 in the comfort of fellow A4 enthusiasts. Dealership personnel from both sales and service will be in attendance to answer questions. Additionally, merchandise from Bellavia's famed Online Audi Store will also be up for raffle. Refreshments will be served.
What you should do?
1. RSVP me at Tech_KO@Yahoo.com no later than Sunday, November 7th with:
A. Whether or not you plan on attending
B. Your home address, home phone, occupation and work city. (Personal information is for internal group communications only. Home and work locations will be taken into consideration when planning future events.)
C. A4 year, color, options and modifications
D. Answer to Poll Question: If I can negotiate a special S4 sale price, would you seriously consider placing a order the day of the event?
Directions
From the Lincoln Tunnel
Take the Lincoln Tunnel and 495 to New Jersey. Having cleared the tunnel, take the exit for Kennedy Blvd. At the top of the ramp turn right and continue up another ramp onto Kennedy Blvd northbound. Follow Kennedy Blvd north to it's intersection with 64th street. Bellavia Audi is located on your right.
From the Holland Tunnel
Take the Holland Tunnel to New Jersey. Merge onto 1 & 9 North. Turn right onto 51st Street. At the top of the hill at a light make a right onto JF Kennedy Blvd. Bellavia Audi is located on your right.
From the George Washington Bridge
Take the George Washington Bridge and I-95S to New Jersey. Take the exit towards (RT-67) Fort Lee (US-9W). Turn right onto Hudson Terrace. Hudson Terrace becomes Main St. Main St. becomes River Rd. Turn slight right onto Bulls Ferry Road. Turn sharp left onto JF Kennedy Blvd. East. Bellavia Audi is located on your left.
From New Jersey Turnpike
From the Turnpike take Exit 16E to 495 East towards the Lincoln Tunnel. On 495 get off at the exit for Kennedy Blvd. Stay to the right. At the light at the top of the ramp, turn left onto Kennedy Blvd northbound. Follow Kennedy Blvd north to it's intersection with 64th street. Bellavia Audi is located on your right.
From New Jersey Garden State Parkway
From the Parkway take Exit 153 to Route 3 East. Take Route 3 East to 495 East towards the Lincoln Tunnel. On 495 get off at the exit for Kennedy Blvd. Stay to the right. At the light at the top of the ramp, turn left onto Kennedy Blvd northbound. Follow Kennedy Blvd north to it's intersection with 64th street. I was hoping that if enough people showed interest in the S4 . .
what a wonderful sales/promotion opportunity. Even if just five people communicate that they have a serious interest if the deal was good enough, it's a win-win for everybody involved.
For members interested in an S4, they get it at some undetermined discount. For the group, it charges us with enthusiasm and a willingness to participate in future events. For Bellavia, promotion, promotion, promotion. A good word goes a long way. Bellavia is already looked at in a very favorable light here on the org. Promotion means revenue in the form of vehicle sales, online Audi Store sales, etc. In fact, it would even make a great article in Quattro Quarterly.
Please keep in mind I haven't discussed this with the dealership yet; but hey I'm a consultant, I can make a strong enough business case for it. I just wanted to see how many people would be interested first. So let me know.
