That black trim that goes around the whole car on the bottom. Did anyone paint theres? Did you do it yourself, or have it painted somewhere? How much was the price for everything? I was thinking if I could but it in a spray can I could do it, or if I could get a gallon or whatever, my dad can do it (he used to paint custom hoods and helmets). And also should I put a couple clear coats on? I figure it will get beaten up by rocks but I think it will make the car look a lot cooler and lower.

Also, I have been told to just buy the S4 stock trim pieces, because those are already painted. How much are they? Thank you!<p>~Mike

i did it on my former car my integra and it looked great. i am planning to do it on my a4 now. you should be able to paint all of it for $200~$250 anything more is a rip off. i personally would have it proffesionally done, its alot better in the long run. good paint doesn't chip as easily s you think, and it will look alot nicer and will match more with the original paint color. i'll let you know when i get mines done.
