Did BBS ever respond to James's wheel weight investigation?

Yeah, it turned to BBS changed the construction of the wheel...
to make it more rigid to allow them to be fitted on heavier vehicles. The weight of the wheel was changed because of this. BBS of America wasn't imformed. Miscommunication.
