did I ruin my car?

so this is the thing, I made a post about a smelly AC and some nice gentlemen suggested that I spray a little alcohol into the air intake. I was fully prepared to do this when my father came and stuck a hose in there, he then proceded to dump in some bleach (apparently this is how you would have fixed the problem in the 80's or something...)When I went to back out of my driveway, all the bleachy water dumped onto the passenger side floor, so now I am left with bleach stains all over my formerly perfect carpet.
does anyone know id Audi or someone may sell some colored dye so I could fix this problem or al least cover it up a little bit.
ALSO, do you guys think that hte bleach/water will ever fully drain out of the system?

You know whats really sad it there is a technical bulletin on this, and the dealer would have done the repair with the correct chemical for free if your still under waranty.
They spray in a can of antibacterial spray that
coats the evaporator and stops the mould from
growing on it.
