The UPS Tracking # will be a 16 digit number with "1Z" in front of it. Should look like this "1Z_---_---_--_----_----". Until the initial arrival scan of the package, it's not in the system or supply chain.....therefore there is no package data to be recorded/shown.

It was in Houston and Dallas for 6 days of that, two other cities and then sat two days in Toledo area before getting to Akron . The delivery day was rescheduled twice on their site . Its was actually 15 days total from the day I did "buy it now" and did Paypal until I received it . He just needs to give it time and keep tracking it also call the shipper and try to get some answers . It may not have left the business after the info was reported to UPS. I think that was 4 days of my delay. After I inquired if it had left it was amazingly in the hands of UPS within 12 hrs. At times all the carriers are screwing up anymore. I've had two day "overnight" packages from FedX more than once lately.
