Did you guys know you can get a ticket for throwing a cigarette out of your window? Well, I didn't either, until today. Cop pulls me over and I'm like WTF, what for?

Cop: Is there any reason You didn't use your ashtray?
Me: out of words...
Cop: What year is your car?
Me: 98
Cop: Let me see your DL...

then he walks to the patrol car, sits in it for like 10 min, and comes back and hands me a ticket for littering.

What a fu**ing loser, probably didn't have **** else to do.

throwing **** out the window, <b>IS</b> littering. Secondly, if you live anywhere there are brush fires you definately should not be throwing cigarette butts out the window. Pay the damn fine and quit your whining.
