Got a few quick q's here. My other suspension choice may not be ready in time for most of my summer track events, so I may be forced to buy something else and install it meantime.
I've had H&R sport springs in a few previous cars and I've always felt they were too soft roll stiffness wise. The minute I removed them and went with a stiffer spring I was always very happy with the handling results.
Does anyone know what the spring rates are for the sport vs the race?
How stiff are the race springs? Anyone using them in Boston? How is the ride? Still supple, or are they harsh and crashing over every little road imperfection? How much do they lower the car?
I'll be using bilsteins with them...
TIA!

Seems kinda lame. Then they should just call them the "ultra-lowering" springs or something.
