Hey guys,
Im still trying to diagnose my reason for the a4 stalling mid drive. The car wont start up again...
I disconnected the fuel line under the passenger seat right under the rear passenger door (at the fuel filter). According to Bentley's, I disconnected the from fuel tank line...
I tried starting the car up and seeing if fuel was being sprayed out of this line, or at least if there was any pressure. Almost none. Just dripped if I inverted the hose.
If the fuel pump is working correctly, it should have pressure going into the fuel filter, right?
I was told to do this to determine if I need a new fuel pump or not.
Thanks.

Did you hear the pump come on at all? If not you need to see if your getting power to the pump, if there is no power to the pump you could have a blown fuel pump fuse or a bad fuel relay.
