The problem was that on A4 non-pushdown shifter there is not much room to relocate bolt/bearing. Unlike S4 shifter with 21mm relocation (Toy Guy mod) here I was able to squeese only 8.5 mmm. Also I cut lever on 10mm and re-threaded.
Anyway, with total investment of $30, it is not bad mod
