depends on the dealer, i get a shuttle ride with a big dood name "huggy d bear"

Default I got a 2.8 Avant at my 5k service....depends on dealer and loaner scheduling though
I waited 3 weeks from the time I made the booking to the date I did have the service because I need a loaner.

Default Yep depends on the dealer:
Mine gives loaners for overnight warranty service; otherwise, there is a free shuttle or you can talk to the Enterprise rep that is there each mornining until 10 or 11am....

My dealer gives Ford Escorts as loaners. Woopee. They do it for any service, though, which is cool.

I just ask for it when I call in for an appointment. I usually get a volkswagen when I bring my Audi in.
