Do I need an alignment after replacing a rear upper CA?

If your last alignment was done on arms which had horribly shot bushings, then you'll probably need to do it again.
If however the last alignment was done on bushings which were in good shape, then you're probably safe.

I would get one to be on the safe side. It can throw it off enough if you let the bushings get bad. I dont think you would want to replace the tires...
