Do you need to disassemble the bumper to remove/mount the OEM S4 ballast box?

no. OEM ballasts are inside the headlight housings, so you just need to pull out the housings.

Good, How many screws attached the OEM S4 headlight housing to the body?

Thanks, 2 on the top but where is located the 3rd one? Different location than the 2-piece?

Default It's in the corner, by the turn signal, but deep down below so you'll need a very long screwdriver..
a big PITA to get to, remove, and put back.

if your car started with 2 piece lamps, you'll only need 2 screws

Is the 3rd screw of the 1-piece Headlight attached at same location as the 2-piece Headlight(start)?

I start with a 2-piece. Are you saying it is not possible to attache the 3rd screw from the 1-piece?
