Have you noticed that if you go over small bumps(ripples in the pavement, on/off bridges, manhole covers, etc) that your xenons lights seem to shake within the beam pattern? I can tell by the cutoff pattern on the road that light pattern moved very slightly if any at all, but the light inside the pattern sort of shakes or flickers. Makes me think that the suspension takes the bump, transmits it as vibration to the xenon bulbs, but the housings stay pretty solid. Anyone else notice this?

and mine jitter too. i can actually see the cutoff line moving tho, only on one headlight, so i think it's just a loose bulb in my case. this would happen constantly, mostly when i'm starting from a stop in first. most people i follow think i'm high beaming them.

I've got aftermarket. I think I got those bulbs in there pretty snugly. I am just worried about the long term effects of the shaking, I think something may not be right somewhere.

There's a black plastic hex nut on the housing. (right behind the projector opening) You could turn that nut until the the bottom of the nut sticks out so will fit the opening tighter.
you'll know what I am talking about when you see it.
