Default that's about right.. $65-$85

all depends on the per hr rate. Most shops set aside an hr for wheel bearing jobs.

Cheers,
Joel

Default you mean... bring the hub to them, ahve old pressed out and new pressed in?

yeah $90 is wayyy too much. Before I had access to a press I had the job done, parts and labor (drop car off, pick up fixed) for $215 with tax. youre paying almost 1/2 that and you bought the parts yourself and did 90% of the labor?
buy a press.
Oh, and tell the owner of the $45.00/minute press to suck you're d!ck.

Its depends on what they are doing. If your giving them the bearing , hub assembly, and they are just pressing it in, then yes, its pricey. If they are baking the hub assembly up to temp and freezing the bearing before assembly, then not too bad.
I usually just press mine in on the car, no disassembly. Though, I do freeze the bearing before installation. Find someone with a B90 tool so you dont have to remove the hub assembly. This will also save you from alignment issues.

Default Where are you right now?

Meet me in Waterbury CT, gimme the hub housing, the bearing, $20 and I'll give it back to you pressed in 24 hours later.

Or come to North Branford, CT (06471) and use my buddys press for the small fee of a $10 or a 6 pack of guinness.
