Default Does the 1.8T have a idle control valve?

I started stalling today while at idle and did a search and found it might be related to the idle control valve, but it seems that only the 2.8 have the IVC, if that is not it then what could it be?

Default Nope

The usual suspects remain. Dirty air filter, vacuum leak, bad plugs, dirty fuel injectors, coils anyone?

Default check your fmic hoses..

if you have a small leak, the MAF wont take a reading and will shut off..
