Does any1 know the torque specs for the spark plugs?

Does any1 know the torque specs for the spark plugs?

Default Approximately 18 ft/lbs plus or minus 2 ft/lbs. Remove the plugs when the engine is cold
because the heat causes the metal to expand, making the removal more difficult with the possiblity of cracking the plug.

exactly 22ft/lbs. 7ft/lbs for the hex bolts holding down the coils
