Default does anyone here know what the part # is for well im not really sure what its called

but its where the dipstick goes into.... it broke... so i want to replace it... so would anyone have a clue? anyone? anyone?

The tube it goes into or the plastic base of the stick itself?

Default i guess its the plastic base.... whatever the dipstick locks into...

that plastic piece i need a part # for... or whatever the whole assembly would be.

if i could show a picture i would..
but try to imagine.. it would be like this
dipstick = D----- >====== whatever that ">" is.. its orange plastic.. i need that part #

Dip stick (which I believe is what you need .. it has orange plastic base on it) for all engines your year:

Default i dont need the dipstick... just that orange sleeve.... that the dipstick goes into..

not the handle on the actual dipstick... its what holds the dipstick in place...

Is the dipstick handle complete (has the stopper portion intact) ?

Default yeah the dipstick itself is intact..... but not the plastic piece that it goes into....

i guess it could possibly called a guide... or something... im not sure..
