Does anyone know the ohm rating on the rear non-bose stock speakers in a 99.5 A4? (nm)

use a multimeter across the terminals

they are 4ohm. I am running them off my headunit. Works fine.

I assume you mean an aftermarket powered head unit, right? More...

Any special instructions I should give the installer on how to bypass the little amp on the back speaker?
