Does Audi here in North America has exchange program ?...

I have never ask dealer about it..
Recently I have find out from my cousin, that Audi & VW in Germany has a exchange program, that
allows customers who own audi's and VW's to give their old parts and dealer sells the newer parts at discount price...

i know they internally remanufacture parts, dunno if customers can get in on it
