Does car pass inspection with any lights on if its not check engine? Airbag, Brake, ABS? In DE

The OBD-II test generally only involves the Check Engine light. The safety test, however, could involve safety features like airbags, abs, brake, etc., some states check them and some don't (NY, for example, only checks if the airbag warning light is working, but if it is burned out this still is not cause for failure, and if is on all the time they just will tell you that is on for your information in case you didn't know it).
For Delaware, why don't you just call the inspection station and ask them?
