does the front have camber adjustment

however you can shift the subframe to affect the camber. Essentially whatever camber you add to one side, you'll take away from the other. So, for example, if you have +1 camber on one side, and -1 camber on the other, you can shift the subframe, and even out the camber on both sides to 0.
In another example, if you have -1 camber on BOTH sides, and you shift the subframe...you may end up with -2 on one side, and 0 on the other, which is undesirable.
So, to answer your question, yes, you can adjust camber, but only in the context of balancing out left and right camber. You can't adjust one side without affecting the other.
Hopefully your mechanic already understands this (sounds like he does).
